Buzzlink is operated by:

These terms are the agreement between you and us for your use of buzzlink.app and everything on it. By creating an account you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't create an account.

You need an account to build a page. You must be at least 18, and you must use Buzzlink for a real business or service you're authorized to represent. Keep your login details to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

Your page lives at buzzlink.app/yourname. You can change that address from Settings, but the old one is released and anything pointing to it — printed QR codes, links you've shared — stops working. Addresses that impersonate someone else, or that we need for the product itself, can be reclaimed by us.

The Free plan is free for as long as you want it, and carries a small Buzzlink badge on your page. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe, and renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. We'll tell you by email before a price change takes effect on your subscription.

You cancel from Settings → Plan & billing — no notice period, no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your paid features stay until the end of the period you've already paid for, and we don't refund the remainder of a started period unless the right of withdrawal below applies or the law says otherwise.

When a paid plan ends, your page stays online with all its content, but the Buzzlink badge returns, the platform fee on payments goes back to 2%, and a connected custom domain is no longer covered by your plan — we may disconnect it. Nothing is deleted because you downgrade.

If you subscribe as a consumer, you have 14 days from the day you subscribe to change your mind, without giving a reason. Email hello@buzzlink.app within those 14 days and we'll cancel and refund you.

Buzzlink starts delivering the paid features immediately when you subscribe. By subscribing you ask us to start straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed — and that if you withdraw during the 14 days after using it, we may keep an amount proportional to what you used.

Payments made on your page go through Stripe and land in your own connected Stripe account, minus Stripe's processing fee and a Buzzlink platform fee of 2% on the Free plan (0% on paid plans). Payouts, payout timing and any reserves are between you and Stripe, on Stripe's terms — including their identity checks, which we can't bypass or speed up.

We're not a party to what you sell. The agreement about the appointment, the product or the service is between you and your customer, and you alone are responsible for delivering it, for your prices and VAT, for receipts, and for your own cancellation and refund rules. Show those rules on your page — your customers will look for them there.

Refunds and chargebacks are handled in your Stripe dashboard. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the Buzzlink platform fee for it is refunded too.

You own the text, photos and business details you upload. You give us the permission we need to host and display them — that's it, and it ends when you delete them. You're responsible for having the rights to everything you publish, including photos of people.

When you create a page, we generate a first draft of its text with an AI model based on your business name and the design you picked. It's a starting point, not a fact-check: read it and edit it before you share your page.

Don't use Buzzlink for anything illegal or fraudulent, to impersonate another business, to sell things you may not sell, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to attack or scrape the service. We can suspend or remove a page that breaks this, and we'll tell you why unless the law prevents it.

When your customers book or pay on your page, you decide what happens with their personal data — you are the controller. We only process it to run the service for you, so for that data we are your processor. This section is our data processing agreement, and it applies automatically from the moment you create an account. Our own use of your account data is described in the Privacy Policy.

• Subject, duration, nature and purpose: hosting your page and running bookings, payments and transactional email for you, for as long as you have an account.
• Categories of data and data subjects: your customers' name, email address, phone number, appointment times, amounts, and anything you or they type into a booking note. Don't put health data or other special-category data in those notes — the product isn't built for it.
• Documented instructions: we process that data only to provide the service, to keep it secure and where the law requires it. If we ever believe an instruction from you breaks data protection law, we'll tell you.
• Confidentiality: everyone with access is bound by confidentiality, and access is limited to the people who need it to run and support the service.
• Security: encryption in transit, access control per account at the database level, and card details that never touch our servers — they go straight to Stripe.
• Sub-processors: the providers listed in the Privacy Policy. You approve them by accepting these terms. We'll give you notice before adding a new one, and you may object — if we can't solve it, you can cancel and we'll refund the unused part of the period.
• Helping you with data subjects: the dashboard lets you look up a customer by email and erase or delete their details, and export everything in your account as a file. If you need more than that to answer a request, email hello@buzzlink.app and we'll help.
• Breach notification: if personal data you control is breached, we'll notify you without undue delay and within 72 hours of becoming aware, with what we know and what we're doing about it.
• Deletion and return: deleting your account deletes the data we hold for you. Before you do, export it — after deletion we can't recover it. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis within 30 days.
• Audit: we'll give you the information you reasonably need to show compliance, and we pass on the security documentation our providers publish.

We work to keep Buzzlink running, but we don't promise uninterrupted uptime, and we're not liable for outages at Stripe, Supabase, Vercel or other providers we depend on.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost bookings, lost data caused by something you deleted. For everything else, our total liability over any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us during that period, or 100 EUR if you're on the Free plan. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or anything else that can't be limited by law — and if you're a consumer, your mandatory rights always apply.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion takes your page offline immediately, cancels any active subscription and permanently removes your content, your services, your bookings and your orders. Your own Stripe account isn't deleted — it holds your payout and tax records, and you close it with Stripe.

We can end this agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously break these terms. If we shut the service down, we'll give you at least 30 days to export your data and refund the unused part of a paid period.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Minor clarifications take effect when posted; changes that affect your rights or the price are announced by email at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before they take effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.

Swedish law applies, and disputes are heard by Swedish courts — with one exception: if you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you can bring a case there.

If we disagree, email hello@buzzlink.app first — most things are solved that way. Consumers in Sweden can also take a dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se), and consumers in the EU can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
