The terms say Swedish law governs the contract and that a dispute is heard by the Swedish courts. So you don't have to litigate in another country, in another language, to be proved right against us.
Do this with everyone you buy from
Before you hand a system your customers' details: open the terms and find who the counterparty actually is. Name, company registration number, country. It's usually at the very bottom, under the last heading — ours is at the top, under the heading about who we are.
If there's no name at all, or a company in a country you weren't expecting, it's worth asking why before you sign. It takes a minute, and it's the one check that says anything about what happens the day something goes wrong.
