What this covers

This policy explains what Buzzlink (“we”) collects when you use buzzlink.app, either as a business owner running a page or as a visitor booking an appointment through one.

What we collect

• Account info: your email address and authentication data, handled by Supabase.
• Page content: business name, services, hours, and any photos you upload.
• Booking details: a customer's name, email, and phone number when they book a service on your page.
• Payment data: card details never touch our servers — they go directly to Stripe, our payment processor.
• Basic usage data: page views and QR scans, used only to show you your own stats.

How we use it

To run your page, process bookings and payments, send confirmation and reminder emails, and improve the product. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Who processes it

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — payments, subscriptions, and payouts.
• Resend — transactional email (booking confirmations and reminders).
• Vercel — application hosting.

Your rights

You can export or delete your page and account data at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing hello@buzzlink.app. If you're in the EU/UK, this includes the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data under GDPR.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
