- Customers book when it suits them — not when you get around to replying.
- The price after RUT or ROT is on screen before they hit book.
- Confirmation and reminder go out to the customer automatically — and you hear about it the moment someone books.
- No double bookings: the slot closes the second it is taken.
Three steps. Ten minutes. Then your customers book themselves.
No web agency and no system to plug into. Pick your trade, look over the prices and share the link — the rest is already set up the first time you log in.

This is a day where the customers booked it themselves
Customers book the times you have free. The price they see is the price after the deduction, and the moment they accept, the job is in your calendar with the address, the time and who is driving. Nobody has to be phoned back to be booked in.
- Customers book whenever it suits them. You never answer the phone from the top of a ladder.
- They see what the deduction does to the price before they confirm, not afterwards.
- Address, time and contact details follow the booking straight into the calendar.

Booking by Buzzlink
RUT & ROT
The deduction is worked out while your customer books
Nobody should have to guess what the clean costs after the tax deduction. Buzzlink prices labour and materials separately, applies the right percentage and shows the final figure before the booking is sent — the same figure that later appears on the invoice.
The rules we calculate on
No approximate percentages. These are the 2026 rules, taken from Skatteverket.
- RUT gives 50 % of the labour cost. ROT gives 30 % — the temporary rise to 50 % ended on 31 December 2025.
- ROT and RUT share one ceiling: 75 000 kr per person per year, of which at most 50 000 kr may be ROT.
- Only the labour earns a deduction. Materials, travel, equipment hire and fees never do.
- The invoice has to be paid electronically. Cash, a cheque or a gift card wipes out the whole claim.
- Your reclaim must reach Skatteverket by 31 January of the year after the customer paid.
This is why we ask how much the customer has left
If the customer has already used up their allowance, Skatteverket pays nothing — and you, having already taken the amount off the invoice, are left chasing the difference yourself. The calculator subtracts what has already been used this year, so the figure you promise is a figure you get back.
Work out the deduction
Only this part earns a deduction.
Materials, travel, equipment hire and fees. Never deductible.
Adults sharing the deduction
Each of them has to pay their own share of the invoice.
Taken off this year's allowance before we promise anything.

A basis for the price, not a decision. The tax authority decides.
How it works across the Nordics
The same hour of work, four completely different ways of getting the money back. Buzzlink calculates per country instead of assuming everyone does it the Swedish way.
Sverige
Netted off the invoiceThe company takes the amount straight off the invoice and reclaims it from the tax authority afterwards. The customer sees the final price while booking.
- RUT-avdrag50 % of the labour cost, at most SEK 75,000 per person per year
- ROT-avdrag30 % of the labour cost, at most SEK 50,000 per person per year
One shared ceiling for both deductions: SEK 75,000 per person per year.
Suomi
Customer claims itThe customer pays the full invoice and claims the deduction themselves on their tax return. Taking it off the invoice here would be giving away money nobody pays back to you.
- Kotitalousvähennys35 % of the labour cost, at most €1,600 per person per year
A €150 excess is taken off the credit itself.
Danmark
Customer claims itThe customer pays the full invoice and claims the deduction themselves on their tax return. Taking it off the invoice here would be giving away money nobody pays back to you.
- Servicefradrag26 % of the labour cost, on at most DKK 18,300 of labour cost per person per year
- Håndværkerfradrag26 % of the labour cost, on at most DKK 9,000 of labour cost per person per year
The ceiling says how much labour cost may be deducted — not how much money comes back.
Norge
No deductionThere is no household or craftsman deduction. We show the full price and imply nothing else.
- Nothing to calculate.
The calculation is a basis for the price, not a decision. The tax authority in the customer's own country always has the last word — in Sweden that is Skatteverket.

Cleaning firms, moving firms, painters, electricians and plumbers. Trades where the day starts in the van, where the customer gets a tax deduction on the labour, and where the paperwork waits until the evening. That working day is what Buzzlink is built for — and what decides what we build next.
The photographs show the trades the system is made for.
Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
Buzzlink is a booking system, not a business suite. It does one thing: lets the customer book without calling you, and takes the paperwork off your evening.
A calendar that cannot double-book
A slot closes the second someone takes it. Customers only see hours you can actually work, so you never have to call back and move a job.
A booking page with its own address
Ready for the ad, the email signature and the Google profile. You do not need an existing website.
Paid when the job is booked
Card payments straight into your account through Stripe. We take nothing per booking — only the monthly fee, however much you sell.
As many services as you like
Every service gets its own price, its own duration and its own description. No cap on the number, no charge for adding one more.
A deposit before the slot is held
Take part of the price inside the booking. A slot that cost something to book is a slot the customer turns up for.
Your address, not ours
Point booking.yourfirm.co.uk here and your own name sits in the address bar. The customer never sees anyone else behind it.
This does not exist yet
We would rather tell you what is missing than let you find out after you have paid. The following is under way — and none of it has a date we are willing to promise.

Four numbers decide what the customer really pays
The rules in force this year, read from the same engine that does the maths on every Buzzlink booking. When a rate moves, this page moves with it.
- RUT deduction
- 50%of the labour cost comes off a RUT job — cleaning, window cleaning, help with a move, gardening and snow clearing.
- ROT deduction
- 30%of the labour cost on a ROT job — painting, electrical work, plumbing and carpentry. The temporary 50 % level ended on 31 December 2025.
- Shared ceiling
- SEK 75,000per person per year is the ceiling. RUT and ROT share it, and RUT on its own may use the whole amount.
- Maximum ROT share
- SEK 50,000of the ceiling may be ROT. If the customer has already used up their allowance, Skatteverket pays out nothing.
Only the labour cost qualifies. Materials, travel, equipment hire and invoice fees never do.
The customer has to pay electronically. Cash, cheques and gift cards disqualify the whole deduction.
Your claim for payment must reach Skatteverket by 31 January of the year after the customer paid.
Checked against Skatteverket on September 4, 2026.

What firms usually ask
Can't find the answer? Get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Do I need a website?
No. You get a finished booking page with an address of its own that you can put in an ad, on Facebook and in your email signature. If you already have a site, point the booking button there at this page — nothing has to be rebuilt.
Is RUT and ROT worked out correctly?
RUT gives 50 percent of the labour cost and ROT gives 30 percent, now that the temporary increase has ended. The ceiling is shared: 75 000 kronor per person per year, of which at most 50 000 may be ROT. Both limits are applied at once, and only to labour — never to materials or travel. The calculation is a basis for the claim; Skatteverket always makes the decision.
What happens if the rules change?
Rates, ceilings and limits live in one single place and are updated centrally. You do nothing, and you cannot end up stuck on last year's numbers. ROT was temporarily 50 percent during 2025 and has been 30 again since 1 January 2026 — that kind of change should never reach your calendar.
What does it cost per booking?
Nothing. We take no fee per booking and no cut of what you invoice. You pay a fixed amount per month, whether it turns into four jobs or forty. The payment provider's card fee still applies, exactly as it would on any card terminal, and none of it comes to us.
Is it hard to get started?
No. You pick your trade and get ready-made services, prices and questions to work from — a cleaning firm starts with home cleaning, deep cleaning, office cleaning and window cleaning; a moving firm with removals, packing, waste removal and storage. Then you change what doesn't fit and delete the rest.
Can the customer pay right when they book?
Yes. You decide per service whether the customer pays in full, leaves a deposit, or nothing at all. They pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna, and the money goes straight to your own account — we never stand between you and your customer. If you would rather invoice afterwards, switch payment off and take the booking as usual.
Can several people in the firm use it?
Not yet. Today an account is one login and one calendar, which goes a long way for a one-person firm. Several crew members with calendars and logins of their own is what the Företag plan is being built for, and we will sell it the day it genuinely works.
Does it work outside Sweden?
Yes, but the deduction works differently, and that difference matters more than it sounds. In Sweden the firm nets the customer's share off the invoice and reclaims it from Skatteverket. In Finland (kotitalousvähennys) and Denmark (servicefradrag and håndværkerfradrag) the customer claims it themselves, later, on their own tax return — so there we show the full price plus what they can get back, never a lower amount to pay. Norway has no household deduction at all, so there the full price stands.
Can I take my customers with me if I leave?
Always. Under Account you download one file with everything you have put in: customers, bookings, services and the content of your page. The data is yours, and you don't have to ask us for permission to take it home.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial costs nothing, but you enter your card when you start it — so the plan can continue without a gap if you want it to. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged. No lock-in and no notice period: cancel later and you keep the plan until the period runs out.
Can the customer pay with Swish?
Not in the booking yet, and that is a deliberate choice. Swish can only be connected through our payment partner Stripe, and there Stripe itself is the recipient shown in the Swish app — your customer would see their name instead of yours. With RUT and ROT it is you who must be able to show the tax authority who received the payment, and we would rather not leave that doubt with you. We are on Stripe's list and will switch Swish on the day the money can go straight to you. Until then card and Klarna cover the same ground in the booking, and you can of course take Swish on the side exactly as you do today — we take no fee on that.
